The short version
If you buy a bible and decide within 14 days it isn't for you, email us and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. You keep the PDF. We don't ask why.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@atlasprompts.ai from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include the bible name (or order/receipt number) in the subject line.
- That's it. We don't require a reason. We don't try to talk you out of it.
Most refunds are processed the same UK working day. Funds typically appear in your account 3–10 days later, depending on your bank or card issuer.

- The Starter Bundle.
- The Founder's Library lifetime pack.
Subscriptions
The Operator Subscription includes a 7-day free trial — cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing. After that:
- You can cancel at any time from your Gumroad account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- We do not refund partial months. We do honour any pre-paid annual subscription if cancelled within 14 days.
What we ask in return
We don't ask for anything. We trust you. The honour system has worked fine so far.
(If you do want to tell us why a bible didn't fit, we always read those notes and use them to make the next one better.)
UK statutory rights
This refund policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you ordinarily have a 14-day cancellation right on digital goods, except where you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost on download — which is the standard checkout flow on Gumroad. Our 14-day guarantee restores that protection. Nothing in this policy affects your right to a refund where the product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Edge cases
- Bundle refund: we refund the bundle in full; we do not split the bundle into individual bibles.
- Founder's Library: 14-day refund window on the original purchase. After 14 days the lifetime licence is non-refundable, but it is transferable on written request.
- Currency conversion fees: any fees charged by your bank or card on the original purchase or refund are between you and your bank — we refund the GBP amount we received.
