1. Who you're dealing with

These terms govern your use of atlasprompts.ai (the "site") and any digital products you buy from us ("bibles"). Atlas Prompts is a UK-based publisher; you can contact us at hello@atlasprompts.ai.

By using the site or buying a bible you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What you're buying

Each bible is a downloadable PDF (or other digital file) containing prompts, frameworks, instructions and editorial guidance. Files are delivered immediately on purchase via Gumroad. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read, print, and apply the contents in your own business.

3. What you can do

• Read, print and use the bible as much as you want.
• Apply the prompts and frameworks to launch and run your own businesses.
• Quote up to 200 words in a review or article, with attribution.

4. What you can't do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the bible in whole or in part.
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, torrent it, or post it publicly.
• Share your purchase login with others (every Gumroad account is for one person).
• Use the contents to build a competing prompt-bible or course product.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Gumroad handles payment, currency conversion (if needed) and tax collection. Once your payment clears, you'll receive an email with a download link and the file will appear in your Gumroad library.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every bible. See the refund policy for the full details. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Subscriptions

The Operator Subscription is billed monthly via Gumroad, includes a 7-day free trial, and can be cancelled at any time from your Gumroad account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep any bibles you have already received.

8. No income guarantees

The bibles describe business models with realistic earnings ranges based on publicly known operator benchmarks. They are not promises. Your results depend on your effort, niche, market conditions and many other factors outside our control. Atlas Prompts makes no guarantee of income, profit or specific outcomes.

9. AI tool changes

The bibles use prompts that work with mainstream AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc). These tools change. If a prompt no longer works as described, email us — we'll diagnose and, where appropriate, send you an updated prompt at no charge.

10. Acceptable use of the site

Don't try to break, scrape, overload or attack the site. Don't impersonate us or attempt to access systems you have no permission to access. We may suspend access if you do.

11. Intellectual property

Atlas Prompts and its logo are our trademarks. The bibles and the contents of this site are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where your statutory consumer rights provide otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be announced by email to existing customers.
